Subject [jira] Commented: (DERBY-4737) Document the BOOLEAN datatype
Date Tue, 28 Sep 2010 20:13:32 GMT

Kim Haase commented on DERBY-4737:

Thanks for taking this on, Rick. The new/revised topics look great. I have only one suggestion:
the example in the new BOOLEAN topic could use a title -- it doesn't get one automatically.

One consistency check -- nearly every other topic in the doc set has an all-lowercase filename,
though a few mixed-case ones have strayed in here or there (6 others, I think). Just wanted
to make sure you were defying the hobgoblin of little minds on purpose.

> Document the BOOLEAN datatype
> -----------------------------
> Key: DERBY-4737
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DERBY-4737
> Project: Derby
> Issue Type: Improvement
> Components: Documentation
> Affects Versions:
> Reporter: Rick Hillegas

> At this point, BOOLEAN is as well-supported as the other Derby datatypes. We should document
the fact that BOOLEAN is a legal Derby datatype. The documentation changes needed are described
in the functional spec attached to DERBY-499.
