Invalid link in "getstartderby" to wiki page ogf WorkingWithDerby

                 Key: DERBY-4705
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DERBY-4705
             Project: Derby
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Documentation
    Affects Versions:
            Reporter: Yun Lee
            Priority: Minor

In Page 36 of "getstartderby", it says "Use the link Use this link: WorkingWithDerby Resources
page Browser URL: http://wiki.apache.org/db-derby/WorkingWithDerby".

However, I have clicked the URL "http://wiki.apache.org/db-derby/WorkingWithDerby" in the
pdf doc, and was lead into a wiki page named workingwithderby showing "This page does not
exist yet.", and the page has the lowercase URL "http://wiki.apache.org/db-derby/workingwithderby".

On the other hand, it works fine when I input "http://wiki.apache.org/db-derby/WorkingWithDerby"
into the address bar in my browser.
