Bryan Pendleton resolved DERBY-2211.
------------------------------------

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 10.6.0.0
         Assignee: Daniel John Debrunner

There were no objections, and I continue to believe that we can be successfully
maintaining this documentation principally on the wiki, so I'm resolving this
issue as fixed (by Dan's updates to the readme which point to the wiki).

> Currently, the testing readme at java/testing/README.htm does not contain any information
on running or developing Derby junit tests. This document should at least be updated with
information on how to run Derby's junit tests. A description of the top-level suites and running
the Ant junitreport target would be a good start.
