Currently, we have a method called getRequiredPermissionsList() in CompilerContext. I am thinking
of adding another method called getRequiredPermissionsListForCountStar() (let me know if some
other name suggestion people may have). This list will just include the TableDescriptors of
tables involved in count(*) or count(1) kind of variations. And for these TableDescriptors,
we will check if there is SELECT privilege available on table level OR at any column level.
