eclipse derby plugin problem
----------------------------

                 Key: DERBY-4020
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DERBY-4020
             Project: Derby
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Eclipse Plug-in
    Affects Versions: 10.4.2.0
         Environment: Windowsxp professional
            Reporter: hayley yau
            Priority: Critical

After we install derby plugin (10.4.2) for eclipse, and wrote a very simple java database
interface as embedded database, we could not call InetAddress.isReachable() to ping another
host anymore, we got following error message -"An operation on a socket could not be perfromed
because the system lacked sufficient buffer space or because a queue was full".
We have to restart the pc to get it to work again, it does not work even we get out of eclipse
and get in again.
need help
