This is due to my changes for DERBY-1458 again.
I'm really puzzled now. I guess I'll have to implement the test
without the junit ant task after all.

I'll remove the dependency again, but to satisfy my curiosity, if
someone can maybe figure out why on this particular machine the junit
task doesn't work I'd appreciate it.
