Kim Haase resolved DERBY-2958.

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 10.5.0.0

This issue is fixed as a result of the changes for DERBY-503, although the changes do not
appear in the online manuals yet (they have not been regenerated since August 15).
