Suran Jayathilaka updated DERBY-3706:

consoleMessage() will now append " : <timestamp>" to every message. 
Removed getFormattedTimeStamp() calls from other places.
Edited messages_en.properties to remove timestamp placeholder.

Did not edit message properties files for other languages. Is that acceptable?
