SystemProcedures.SYSCS_INPLACE_COMPRESS_TABLE() doesn't escape special characters in schema name and table name properly. If the schema or table has a double quote in its name, a syntax error will be thrown, I think.

I don't quite understand how the boolean[1] variables in sqlgrammar.alterTableBody() are used. I don't see that they are changed from their default value anywhere.

Nit: It's better to use Boolean.valueOf() instead of new Boolean() in sqlgrammar.jj to avoid creation of new objects. (We could probably do the same thing with the boolean[1] variables if they were changed to Boolean.)
