I don't  plan to spend more time on this issue. To clearly separate the wor=
k that has been completed as part of this issue from what has not, I have c=
reated two new Jira reports related to running tests with EMMA to cover wor=
k that I think would be useful to do: DERBY-3647 and DERBY-3648.
