I know this is a bit late, but one line of rrefgetuseraccess.dita still refers to this function
as a procedure: "The value that is returned by this procedure is either ..."

I realize this is outside the scope of the issue, but the first sentence of this topic has
a subject-verb agreement problem: "the current connection access permissions that is for the
user specified..." Can a user have more than one permission? The SET version sets only one,
so maybe it should be "permission". Also, "that is" could just be removed, if you feel like
it.

The rrefsetuseraccess.dita topic is just fine.
