It is too bad the DRDA protocol error SQL States outlined in the DRDA spec are not covered
in the JDBC 4.0 spec.  I think the intent of the subclassing is to avoid users having to check
specific SQLStates and error codes.  Having some fatal errors left out defeats the point #:(.
