Daniel John Debrunner commented on DERBY-2914:
----------------------------------------------

For SYSCS_SET_USER_ACCESS

Change 'permissions' to singular in the procedure description

In the syntax, 'CONNECTION PERMISSION' should have an underscore, not a space

Replace 'For example, the database property' with something else (not sure what :-), but it's
not an example that the value will be set in the property, that is what is going to happen.

Example should be (to match existing examples in ref man)

CALL SYSCS_UTIL.SYSCS_SET_USER_ACCESS ('BRUNNER',  'READONLY')

(use of CALL and quote string arguments)

> new stored procedures, SYSCS_UTIL.SYSCS_SET_USER_ACCESS, SYSCS_UTIL.SYSCS_GET_USER_ACCESS,
SYSCS_UTIL.SYSCS_EMPTY_STATEMENT_CACHE() should get documented
