It appears that the Derby website hosts another page of Eclipse-related 
instructions (http://db.apache.org/derby/integrate/plugin_howto.html), 
which is not mentioned in our release cookbook 
(http://wiki.apache.org/db-derby/DerbySnapshotOrRelease). I will make a 
good faith effort to update these instructions when the release is 
published. However, it would be good if an Eclipse-savvy committer could 
review my updates after they appear and clear up anything I've muddled.
