release-10.2.2.0.html had local changes on people.apache.org, adding the form comments back
in. When you 'svn up'd the website, it was in conflict with what you had checked in, and the
svn conflict tags broke the HTML, making the old form comment change visible, and resulting
in the cruft you saw in your browser.

I reverted the file on people.apache.org, that should take of the cruft whenever the website
next syncs up.
