Laura Stewart commented on DERBY-2390:
--------------------------------------

Thanks for your comments John. I wasn't able to get your last comments into the first patch,
but I intend to commit another patch (or 2) today and will include them in those patches.
I want to do that so we can all see the final version in the alpha docs tomorrow.

I greatly appreciate the clarification about the bin and lib distributions. I see now where
the meaning got changed. I would prefer to word it like this:

"The bin distribution contains scripts, demonstration programs, documentation, and the optimized
JAR files. These JAR files are the same set of JAR files that are in the lib distribution."

Okay with you?

> The activities in the Working with Derby guide should be merged into the Getting Started
Guide.
> Review Getting Started Guide for any reference info that should be either "shared" with
another guide
> or moved to another guide. For example, the SQL Syntax section in the Getting Started
Guide should
> be moved to the Reference Manual.
