Allow using string mnemonic for Derby network client security mechanism
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: DERBY-2833
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DERBY-2833
             Project: Derby
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Network Client
            Reporter: David Van Couvering
            Priority: Minor

Currently, the only way to specify the securityMechanism property on a client URL is using
the integer value for the property, e.g. "jdbc:derby://localhost:1527/mydb;create=true;securityMechanism=8".

This is not very user friendly. We should allow the use of the string mnemonic as well, e.g.

"jdbc:derby://localhost:1527/mydb;create=true;securityMechanism=STRONG_PASSWORD_SUBSTITUTE"
