I am having trouble running these tests on Windows XP using eclipse I get errors starting
the database and also 
java.sql.SQLException: Startup failed due to missing functionality for org.apache.derby.iapi.services.crypto.CipherFactoryBuilder.
Please ensure your classpath includes the correct Derby software.
