No current tracking is done, but committers can access the daily logs --
the location is listed at the very bottom of
http://www.apache.org/dev/project-site.html in the "How does logging
work?" section, which also says...

> No formal log analysis is performed, but you are free to grab the logs and do whatever
analysis you would like.
