Just wondering -- in the final patch for this bug there seem to be a very large number of
changes in the refderby.ditamap file that have nothing to do with just adding a new file to
the book. They mostly have to do with line breaks: in many places where the </topicref>
tag was on the same line as the opening tag, it is now on the next line. Was this intentional,
or is it an artifact of the editor? It makes it hard to see what the actual changes were.
