Sorry, I didn't read the doc first. Now you at least know my answer to one of the questions.

As to your question about which schema to use for the procedures, I think I'm leaning slightly
towards SYSIBM. All the procedures in SYSCS_UTIL are meant to be invoked by the user, whereas
the procedures in SYSIBM are for internal use. I don't think it's a problem that the procedures
are visible, since there's not much harm a user can do with them.
