Yes, I agree, this is a duplicate of DERBY-581. I had searched the JIRA database before I
entered this issue, but I didn't find DERBY-581.

The ROW_NUMBER function seems to be the standard way to do this. But I guess that ROW_NUMBER
will be quite difficult to implement. LIMIT/OFFSET would probably be easier.
