Subject [jira] Commented: (DERBY-2107) Move page latching out of the lock manager
Date Tue, 19 Dec 2006 18:54:22 GMT

Daniel John Debrunner commented on DERBY-2107:
----------------------------------------------

Maybe that's the best approach, leave latching as it is for now, and first work on removing
the possibly unused code. Then hopefully after the cleanup your proposed latch code will work
as it will no longer have the potential of being released while holding a lock.
