Attached are the query plans that I get when running with 10.1.2.1 and 10.2

I also attached 'plans.diff', which is a diff of the plans after editing the plans to remove
"noisy" differences such as the floating point values of the estimated costs.

The plans are very similar, but not identical.

It seems that 10.2 is, in several cases, preferring indexed access to tables, which I think
shows that the predicate pushdown changes (DERBY-805 and friends) are working.

Other than that, my extremely coarse reading of the plans is that the primary difference between
the two plans is the estimated costs.
