In the "Statements" chapter of the reference manual, the list of the statements starts alphabetically from A to S:
  ALTER TABLE
  CREATE
  DROP
  GRANT
  RENAME
  REVOKE
  SET

But then then it continues with the letter C:
  CALL
  CONSTRAINT
  DECLARE
  DELETE
  ...
  WHERE

And within "functions" chapter, it would be better to make a separate section for the CASE expression and list it under C (instead of documenting it together with the NULLIF expression).
