The first value is a DDL statement, e.g. ALTER TABLE, DROP TABLE,
CREATE INDEX, etc., the second is the name of a view (a view-Name SQL
identifier). A real example would be:

ERROR 42Y62: 'CREATE INDEX' is not allowed on 'MYSCHEMA.MYVIEW'
because it is a view.
