Laura, thanks for your patience. The changes look great and ready to be committed after we
remove the line "When PUBLIC is specified, the privileges affect all current and future users."
from the grantee section of the "REVOKE statement " page at rrefsqljrevoke.html. We should
remove it because it is not valid and does not make sense for revoke. It was probably mistakenly
copied from the grant statement page.

Other than that, the changes look very good to me.
