The attached modules.properties has not been updated to include the JDBC 4 driver properties.
You can try setting the update_jdbc4_debug flag and running the script to see if some sort
of error  is occurring that isn't being reported, or you could comment out the cleanup of
the jdbc4classes at the end to inspect the modules.properties that was jarred up. Lastly,
make sure that modules.patch in tools/jdbc4 looks correct for the driver properties.

In the meantime, I'll see if I can reproduce this on a Linux box of my own. What shell are
you using? bash?
