LOL, I had used some code from one of Ant's scripts, and then did a
global search-and-replace, and it wacked the header.

Plus, I thought I had removed all the headers, but I suppose that even
though its not a complete patch, the new files should have the correct
headers, as the patches that would complete this issue don't need to
be committed at the same time as this one.

I'll post a new patch with the correct headers.
