Kathey Marsden resolved DERBY-1451.
-----------------------------------

    Resolution: Won't Fix

Resolving won't fix since the diffs are expected. there is no maintenance mechism for the
10.1/10.2 tests.

> I think we need to filter out changeable values in the output files of these tests. This
filtering is done in 10.2 branch. Diffs are like this:
> *** Start: scrollCursors1 jdk1.5.0_02 DerbyNetClient derbynetmats:jdbc20 2006-06-23 02:12:21
***
> 580 del
> < Rows seen = 11
> 581 del
> < Number of reads from hash table = 15
> 581a580,581
> > Rows seen = 12
> > Number of reads from hash table = 14
> Test Failed.
> *** End: scrollCursors1 jdk1.5.0_02 DerbyNetClient derbynetmats:jdbc20 2006-06-23 02:12:37
***
