Surveying the source code, it seems to have something to do with difference between PreparedStatmement.setNull
and PreparedStatement.setBinaryStream(null)....

I'm not sure whether we can distinguish them in drda architecture.

Moreover, I came to have a question whether it is should be allowed to call setBinaryStream
with null value.
Existence of setNull method may implicitly indicate setXXXX method should not be called with
null value.
However, taking setXXXX method with null value as error would have much of impact to the existing
applications ...
