Thanks Bryan,

Seems you have told me this before . #:)  but every time I see that diff  I panic.

I think we just need a release note that describes the new message that users might see, explains
that the message was not displaying properly previously and how  to grant the permission if
they want sysinfo to be able to read the classpath.
