I would also love many more demo programs, but I am bit concerned with 
bundle very many demo programs with Apache Derby distribution.  Today 
the demo part is as large as the total of all derby jar files (excluding 
the testing jar).  If the demo part gets much larger, I think we should 
consider making it a separate download.
