Thanks for looking at this Sunitha and finding the cause. I agree this is a test setup issue.
The environment where this was run used 10.1 jars from one location and 10.2 jars from another
location and had 10.2 derby.jar and derbynet.jar before any of the other jars. I am closing
this issue as invalid.
