I have a comment on that commit. I had tried to remove the files
.../tests/lang/copyfiles.ant
.../tests/derbynet/sysinfo_app.properties
.../tests/derbynet/sysinfo_withproperties_app.properties
But it seems only the contents got deleted, not the files themselves. Did I
do something wrong?

hm, yes, that would be nice, I think _app.properties would be a good place.

I also realized I left jvm.java checking for a system property
serverPolicyFile, but it's never actually used or set, so I should take that
line out.
