Attaching a patch 'derby-1103-v10.1.diff' for 10.1 branch. It ports svn revisions 376874,
376904, 380892, 384331 and 381937. In addition to that, a test method required by the lang/procedure.java
is also included in the patch.

Ran derbyall. Also ran derbynetclientmats multiple times. Tests run with Sun JDK 1.4.2 and
1.5 on Windows XP. Please take a look at this patch.
