After the Derby jars was added to svn repository as "externals",
sysinfo has started to report that it is built with a range of Derby
svn versions. Example (see the svn number after each of the jars):

The reason for this is that when checking out (on a not too fast
Internet connection) the checkout can get two version numbers, one for
the derby source and one for the external jars. Here is the last part
of the output of a svn checkout:

Derby successfully checked out

Since the Derby source and the "external" jars is checked out with
different svn version numbers, svnversion reports that the source code
has a range of svn version numbers. Only the first of these two
version numbers should have been reported by sysinfo.

Should I file a JIRA on sysinfo for this problem?
