Jeff Levitt commented on DERBY-1175:
------------------------------------

I have looked at the patch and think it is good enough to commit. Halley, can you create
html output of your patches and post them with your attachments? It makes reviewing them
easier. Thanks! Jeff

> Derby Server and Administration Guide - Accessing the Network Server by using the DB2
Universal Driver
> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
>
> Key: DERBY-1175
> URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DERBY-1175
> Project: Derby
> Type: Bug

> Components: Documentation
> Versions: 10.1.2.3
> Environment: DITA files
> Reporter: Halley Pacheco de Oliveira
> Fix For: 10.1.2.3

> In "Accessing the Network Server by using the DB2 Universal Driver" is written:
> logWriter
> A character output stream. All logging and tracing messages print to the logWriter property.
> traceLevel
> Specifies the granularity of logging messages to the logWriter property.
> traceFile
> Provides an explicit file location for the trace output.
> and in "Accessing the Network Server by using the network client driver" is written:
> traceLevel
> The level of client tracing if traceFile or traceDirectory are set.
> So I think that in "Accessing the Network Server by using the DB2 Universal Driver"
logging should be replaced by tracing in traceLevel:
> traceLevel
> Specifies the granularity of tracing messages to the logWriter property.
