I don't think this is correct. The message didn't change because of
the 1061 fix, since the nightly tests didn't fail until half a week
after the check-in. Also, it seems like the diff is still there even
though 1059 is committed.

After a bit of research, I found out that 'svn up -r 386186' makes the
diff disappear, and 'svn up -r 386187' brings it back. 386187 modifies
MessageUtil so that the error message in this case is more
informative. Apparently, none of the tests in derbyall were affected
by this.

Since I'm working on TestDbMetaData, I would really like to have this
fixed. I'll open a JIRA and submit a new canon.
