I think this could be done in much the same way as for getProcedures. I think we can re-use
the same query, as long as we change the restriction from ALIASTYPE = 'P' to ALIASTYPE = 'F'.

I'm wondering if it is a good idea to select JAVACLASSNAME as REMARKS. But since this is not
done for getProcedures it may not be a good idea to do it here either...
