I looked at sqlgrammar.jj and found following set of keywords that are missing from the docs
1)BINARY
2)CHARACTER_LENGTH 
3)COALESCE
4)D
5)_DEFAULT
6)LOWER
7)MODULE
8)T
9)TS
10)VALUE
11)VARBINARY

Following should be removed from the reserved keywords list from the doc
1)INOUT
2)NVARCHAR
3)OUT
4)TRAILING
