Fix how to measure performance of lob streaming
-----------------------------------------------

         Key: DERBY-872
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DERBY-872
     Project: Derby
        Type: Sub-task
  Components: Performance, Test
    Reporter: Tomohito Nakayama
 Assigned to: Tomohito Nakayama

I think the measurement should be done in next 3 points of view at least.

1: Stability of performance.
See the influence of long run.

2: Performance for volume.
See the influence of size of binary to be streamed.

3: Difference in type of LOB
See the influence of type of LOB, BLOB or CLOB.
