Thanks Deepa for bringing  these tests  into J2ME

I think that maybe for ProcedureTest, instead of having a reduced copy  ProcedureTest169,
we should perhaps have a SimpleProcedureTest and then have ProcedureTest extend that to eliminate
the duplicate code.
