Narayanan and I discussed this off the list. DHL reports delivery of the 
hard copy on Nov 14 -- yesterday. So let's give it a couple days to get 
processed.

In the meantime, I'll find out how long it should take and who should be 
contacted when it looks lost.

If anyone else on this list anticipates making a contribution, go ahead 
and submit an icla now:
