I'm just unclear on why the bug is reopened? > > > I am not sure I understand your question so I will just give you more information than you probably want to know., The release process refers to the another document on how to build and test the eclipse plugin and suggests that "those interested in the Eclipse plugins will likely volunteer ", so I gave that route a shot and sure enough Susan volunteered. She posted a zip file and actually found and fixed an issue. We have to make another release candidate, so need another zip file, and Susan said she wouldn't mind doing it again. The issue is reopened so that we can get a new zip file for the second release candidate. Kathey
