Two svn merges is not what worries me about porting DERBY-213.   I am a
little concerned about  the port because of the risk level of the
change.    There was a thread earlier today that said.

There is no bug filed yet, but if that is true, no longer closing the ResultSet for forward
only cursors could exacerbate the leak and cause existing applications that don't leak to
start leaking.  I think it might be better to wait a bit before porting to 10.1.
