With Network Client, user and password attriubtes specified in the url should not be sent
to hte server with the RDBNAM or print with getURL
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

         Key: DERBY-559
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DERBY-559
     Project: Derby
        Type: Bug
  Components: Network Client
    Versions: 10.1.1.0
    Reporter: Kathey Marsden
 Assigned to: Kathey Marsden
     Fix For: 10.1.2.0, 10.2.0.0

Currently all attributes specified in the url with client get sent to the server as part
of the database name (RDBNAM). They also print with DatabaseMetaData.getURL().
Since DRDA provides a separate mechanism for sending user and password these attributes should
not be exposed in this way.
