I think typically  the order would be to put it  in the trunk first and
then 10.1 and 10.0.   That way there is no regression caused by  the
time lapse of forward porting the fix or risk that it will  not be
ported and dead end in the release branch.  That said, in an emergency
or if the release branch fix is not appropriate for the long term fix in
the trunk, it seems ok to me to go into the release branch first.
