Hi Jeff,

The new table also says that ResultSet.Type_FORWARD_ONLY is the only
supported type for prepareCall. The implementation notes column should
have the same information for all three apis (currently, it has same
info for createStatement and prepareStatement. We should do the same
for prepareCall).
