Trying to insert a  BigDecimal value with unscaled value longer than 31 digits using 
public void setObject(int parameterIndex,
                      Object x,
                      int targetSqlType)
               throws SQLException
or 
public void setObject(int parameterIndex,
                      Object x,
                      int targetSqlType,
                      int scale)
               throws SQLException

fails with Network client.
